2025 Reflection and the Intentions That Will Shape My 2026

Every December I circle back to the lessons that shaped me over the past year. Not the highlight reel, but the quieter inflection points. The moments I stepped up. The moments I hesitated. The places I softened or overthought. The choices that revealed what I value when things get real.

Looking back at 2025, a few themes keep showing up.

Clarity is not a mindset, it is a practice.

Alignment is not a concept, it is earned through daily choices.

And presence, the real kind, only arrives when I slow down enough to notice what is already here.

This year brought endings, new openings, deep work on purpose, and a level of internal reorganization that matched the external chaos. I learned how to trust my own timing again. I learned where I leak energy and where I come alive. I learned how much changes when I bring tenderness into ambition.

So now I am setting intentions for 2026 with a different center of gravity.

Finishing my coaching certification.

Strengthening my relationship with new friends and colleagues .

Deepening my connection with communities I have become a part of.

Holding space for others doing their own transformational work.

Building a business with integrity and spaciousness.

Leaning into practices that keep me grounded, awake, and open.

I am leaving room for the things I cannot plan for too. The unexpected collaborations. The camper van miles. The teachers who appear at the right moment. The experiences that remind me what it feels like to be fully alive.

If 2025 trained me to listen, I want 2026 to be about acting from that place.

With clarity.

With courage.

With alignment.

Here is to a year built on intention rather than urgency, and to creating from who we are becoming rather than who we have been.
